To return your product(s) please notify us via email at returns@zhik.co.za with the word RETURNS as the subject of your mail.
Please also include your invoice number or order number so we know who we are talking to.
To exchange your product(s) please notify us via email at returns@zhik.co.za with the word EXCHANGES as the subject of your mail.

You have 30 days to return a product(s) from the date your received it.
To be eligible for a return, your product(s) must be:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your product(s) to us.
Please provide us with a tracking number for the courier service returning your product(s).
Our prefered courier services are Pudo Locker, Postnet and the Courier Guy.
Our customer service representitive will process the refund once the products are returned and are deemed elligible.
Unfortunately, no refunds or exchanges will be processed on customised products or the cost to customise the products unless such products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account balance. Then contact us on returns@zhik.co.za and let us know so we can assist you.
